Philosophy

I understand and value, the impact of my time spent with your child. Therefore, I have chosen carefully an emergent curriculum based program. Emergent curriculum is a way of planning curriculum based on the children’s interest and passions. This program values the content provided and the process of learning, for each child as an individual.

I believe that each child is unique and that each child needs to have both planned and free time in which they can have the opportunity to be spontaneous, actively explore, experiment and learn at their own speed and comfort.

I understand the impact of working together with the families and the community. Therefore I am committed to support and guide each child in order to meet their individual goals and meet their full potential. Here We Grow Childcare provides an environment in which each child can feel safe, respected and can explore the world using their bodies and senses.
